What time does registration open?

Registration for Oncology Professional Care opens at 08:15, where you will be able to pick up your EUSICA/INSICA-Brain 2024 Annual Meeting badge to enter the event when the doors open. There are coffee shops or plenty of seating available in the main concourse where you can wait if you arrive early.

Hall N8, ExCeL London, Royal Victoria Dock, 1 Western Gateway, London E16 1XL

Where do I go on arrival to ExCeL London?

Please head to the registration desks for Oncology Professional Care – a member of the team will be there to help you. Your printed badge will be available for you to collect – you must have your badge with you at all times. You will need to show this to event staff for entry to the event and any sessions that you attend at the EUSICA/INSICA-Brain 2024 Annual Meeting and Oncology Professional Care.

Where do I find the Dissection Course? 

From the entrance, walk to the back wall of the exhibition floor where you will find a staircase behind the EUSICA / INSICA-Brain Theatre. Go up those stairs and you will find the Gallery Suite where the Dissection Course is being held. Look out for the signs to help point you in the right direction.

What are the evening programmes? 
 

Monday, May 20th 2024:

Faculty Dinner at Zizzi in Greenwich from 6:30pm onwards. There are plans to take the Uber Boat and travel there via the river. If you like to join the boat trip, please meet at Westminster Pier at 5pm and we will take the Uber Boat together. Westminster Pier is very central and close to a lot of famous landmarks.

Alternatively, you can travel via Uber Boat from the Excel Centre via Royal Wharf Pier to Greenwich Pier or take the underground, and meet us at the restaurant at 6:30pm.

Tuesday, May 21st 2024 (ticket required):

We will have a networking dinner in the evening of May 21st at a fantastic venue in central London and you are cordially invited to join. It will take place at 113 Chancery Lane and will start with a Drinks Reception from 6:45pm onwards.

There will be a coach waiting for you outside the ExCeL after the last session on May 21st (departing at 5:45pm) and will bring you to 113 Chancery Lane. There will be a return coach from 113 Chancery Lane to the ExCeL after the dinner at 10:45pm.

 

Wednesday, 22nd May 2024: 

Join us for drinks at the end of day two from 4:30pm at The Fox Pub, located closed to the ExCeL. 
 

Why else do I need my badge?

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes, parking can be booked in advance at www.excel.london or payment can be made at pay and display machines in the car parks. Please see this Travel and Accommodation page for further information on getting to the venue.

 

Will there be food and drinks provided at the event?

Yes, refreshments will be provided throughout the day and lunch will be provided on each day in the EUSICA/INSICA-Brain Theatre on the exhibition floor.

Will there be Wi-Fi available at the venue?

Yes, there is complimentary Wi-FI available at ExCeL London.
